Hexacopter ESC’s and Motors Installed

Finally some good progress on the big bird, the MegaHexaCopter, last night.  I haven’t worked on the bird for almost three weeks. I finished re-wiring and mounting the ESC’s, and running the cables through the heli’s arms.

I then mounted the motors.  Not difficult to do, and I found a missing motor plate I thought I’d have to order from China.  Next steps to be determined.  Next I could definitely go with cutting down the motor power leads (2nd photo) and soldering them to the power distribution board (round plate in 2nd photo).
